Arun Karthik Mynepalli is an experienced Regional Integrations Lead currently working at darwinbox, a leading HRMS and iPaaS solution provider. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Arun is an expert in client integrations, working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and proposing best-in-class solutions. He also works closely with implementation teams to solution functional and integration implementations based on product feasibility. Arun's current role involves leading client integrations at the regional level, ensuring successful implementation of HRMS and iPaaS solutions for clients. He also collaborates with the central integrations team to raise roadmap requirements and understand product features and enhancements that come up as part of product evolution. Prior to his current role, Arun worked as an Integrations Consultant at darwinbox, where he gained expertise in integration, CI/CD, AngularJS, Docker, Javascript, MongoDB, Jenkins, microservices, frontend, backend, and software engineering. He also worked as a Senior Engineer at caribou technologies, where he led the development of IoT and cloud-based solutions using MEAN stack. He worked on an IoT solution for a refrigerator manufacturing company, led Carson, a highly scalable chat and goal-setting application for the education space, and created a portal for customers to track and operate devices connected to the cloud using AngularJS, Angular 7, HTML, CSS, and Angular Material. Arun holds a B.E (Honors) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also holds a Class XII degree from Andhra Pradesh State Board and a Class X degree from Central Board of Secondary Education. With his extensive experience in integrations, software engineering, and IoT solutions, Arun is a valuable asset to any organization looking to implement HRMS and iPaaS solutions.
